Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the leather and soles are protected, and include all original accessories.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
